The time use training workshop and IATUR Executive and Council business meeting (scheduled for 6 August) took place at the IBGE buildings near the Maracanã stadium. This conference included a stream of "Culture, media and leisure in time use research" sessions, organised by Elisabetta Lazzaro and sponsored by Université Libre de Bruxelles-ReSIC.
