Submit abstracts to iatur2015@gmail.com by 1 July 2015 You can register for IATUR now. Lower-rate early registration rates apply until 10 June 2015 You also can register for accommodation and conference tours on the conference website. Note that accommodation prices increase from 1 June - register early to save money. If you need to cancel after you register for the 2015 IATUR conference, the refund policy is as follows: cancellation requests received by 15 June 2015 will be refunded in full cancellation requests received between 16 June and 30 June will be refunded after deduction of a 50 Euro administration fee 60% of registration costs will be refunded if cancellation requests are received between 1 July and 15 July from 16 July, conference registration costs cannot be refunded If you need to cancel your registration, please contact both the local organisers iatur2015@gmail.com and the IATUR Treasurers via the IATUR membership and events contact form We strongly advise all people who register to attend the IATUR conference to take out travel insurance that will cover their costs in the event that they need to cancel for unforeseen circumstances at the last minute.
